Read what our customers are saying about Fine Cabinetry.
It was only last Thursday that I finally was able to get someone to move my living room furniture out of the family room and back into the living room, thus enabling us to feel like we are back to normal again. (I still have a lot to do, but at least we can use all of the rooms again! Yay!)
Here you go:
My husband and I had been wanting to redo our kitchen for many years. I had heard horror stories from friends about their kitchen contractors, so was hesitant to trust anyone.
We finally felt it was time when a) all of our major appliances broke down, joining our previously broken cabinets, and b) after our neighbors invited us in to see their recent kitchen renovation by Fine Cabinetry. The fact that our neighbors couldn't stop complimenting the company and its employees made us feel confident that we could trust Fine Cabinetry to do a great job. (Plus, the price was reasonable.)
I asked to work with Carol Kelly as our designer, since our neighbors recommended her so highly. She lived up to their hype, and then some. Knowledgeable, professional, organized, and charming, Carol made the process of making the many decisions involved go very smoothly. She provided great advice and hand-holding as I obsessed about finishes, faucets, flooring, and tile.
Carol also explained the work schedule over and over again, with astounding patience for my cluelessness. She also reminded me whenever there was a deadline to be met on my end so that things would stay on track. I actually miss her, now that the job's all done!
The contractors who did the actual installation, who work only for Fine Cabinetry, were wonderful guys, as well. They were hard-working, a pleasure to have around, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each and every day.
I guess the best compliment would be that if I ever get to renovate one of the bathrooms, I will definitely be calling Fine Cabinetry. Everyone who sees our new kitchen loves it - but, more importantly, we love it, too.
It was time to remodel our kitchen, so I did some online research. Fine Cabinetry's website caught my eye along with their 2011 Best of Bucks Award.
My husband and I were very impressed with Fine Cabinetry's showroom and even more impressed with Ken Osborne and his sense of artistic design. During our initial appointment, Ken explained the details of the cabinets and accessories to us. Ken assured us the contractors were in house carpenters who had worked for the company for years. After a visit to our home, Ken got a feel of who we were and proceeded to work on design layouts. Our decision was made. Fine Cabinetry was remodeling our kitchen.
The day our project began, we met Steve Rich and his son, Michael, who would be doing the physical work. It was a pleasure to have these two men in our home. It was clear from the start they were skilled craftsmen who took pride in their work. After the first day, it was Steve who would complete the project. Steve Rich proved to be an accomplished carpenter with an eye for detail and an inbred desire to get the job done right. Steve's work is exemplary; no shortcuts or quick fixes for Steve Rich who worked on our home as if it were his own. In addition to his impressive carpentry talent, Steve is extremely accommodating, courteous and determined to please the customer. As with any construction, an occasional glitch will happen. Steve came out to our home on a Saturday evening to rectify a minor problem; we found Steve to be just as pleasant on a weekend call as he was on a regular workday.
In our opinion, Steve Rich is truly an asset to Fine Cabinetry and deserves to be recognized by management as such. The showroom environment is the fun part. Steve is the man in the trenches with the customer when their house is torn apart. This is the time when a contactor/customer relationship is put to the test. Steve Rich passed this test with flying colors. The benefit Steve single-handedly brings to Fine Cabinetry is remarkable.
Each time I called Ken Osborne with an issue his response was 'no problem.' Everything was done to our satisfaction right down to the most minor detail which is a testament to Ken being a man of his word.
My husband, John, and I highly recommend Fine Cabinetry as a company who practices customer satisfaction. The Best of Bucks Award is well deserved.
We are so delighted to have chosen Fine Cabinetry to help us create a new kitchen. It has turned out to be beyond our wildest expectations. From the moment we came into their beautiful showroom, and met Neil, Carol and Kenny, we felt strongly that your business would be a top contender for our renovation.
Carol is such an asset to their organization. She has great patience and great knowledge in designing a kitchen. It was a pleasure working with her, and getting to know her.
Neil has been beyond professional. He truly cares not just about how the kitchen will come out, but that the experience will be as easy for the family as possible. We feel that they have become our "extended" family. We have already recommended Fine Cabinetry to several friends and have given them our "outstanding" evaluation.
It has truly been a pleasure working with ALL of them (including the stellar workmen). We were especially pleased having Larry and Vince with us. They are wonderful craftsmen and terrific people.
I am writing to express my satisfaction and happiness with my new kitchen which my husband and I purchased at Fine Cabinetry. I selected York cabinets and am pleased with the superior quality and detailing that the cabinets provide.
More importantly, the service and follow-up that was offered by Fine Cabinetry was excellent. Carol designed a functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen design. Her expertise and experience in this area was both comforting and necessary. Carol came to my kitchen several times to measure and offer advice and share options available through computer graphics. She even drove me and another client to New Jersey to a large granite warehouse called OHI International, Inc. Lunch was provided for us at the company's expense and it proved to be a fun and productive outing.
Not only did Fine Cabinetry offer guidance through the complex process of putting a brand new custom kitchen together, they stood behind their product.
It was a pleasurable experience dealing with both Carol and Neil at Fine Cabinetry. Believe it or not, purchasing a kitchen is a stressful event due to the complexity of choices out there and the expenses involved. Every decision is a potential mistake which can run into unanticipated costs unless one can rely on the skill of professionals at Fine Cabinetry. In conclusion, I really love my new kitchen and highly recommend the fine folks at Fine Cabinetry to help design the kitchen of your dreams!
Lin and I recently completed renovating and expanding our kitchen into a large country kitchen. Way back in the spring during the early stages of planning, we happened upon an advertisement for "Fine Cabinetry". One night we took a ride over and I must say from the moment we walked into their showroom we felt like we were being treated as if we were the only customers that mattered.
Everyone there from the owner Neil , Ken, Carol and Beverly treated us as "special". We were handed over to Carol Kelley who worked with us during the entire renovation process. The first step was for Carol to come to the house for measurements and to see the overall layout of the room. In our case, we already had a pretty good idea on how we wanted everything to be laid out but Carol with her expertise, was instrumental in showing us several things that just wasn't feasible.
The next phase was back at Fine Cabinetry where Carol worked with us in picking out cabinets and showing us how they would appear on the computer floor plan she drew up. She assisted in picking out a style, the type of stain, glazing, trims, moldings as well as the cabinets themselves. She was able to recognize when we were becoming overwhelmed or just plain tired and calling it a night.
Over a few evenings, she spent several hours putting the entire package together for us to purchase. After we placed our order, Carol was at the house the day of delivery to check each box against the invoice, making sure everything was there.
During the renovation, I elected to do the install myself along with a good friend of mine that was a general contractor. At anytime, Carol or Beverly was available to answer a question or email me a blueprint. If you were in need of flooring, countertops, lighting and/or appliances, Carol was extremely helpful in steering you over to reliable and quality driven merchants.
Our kitchen renovation is now complete and everything turned our superb. Due to her expertise in decorating, her knowledge of kitchen construction and her ability to work with homeowners, Carol was a major influence in making that happen. I would highly recommend Carol Kelly and Fine Cabinetry to anyone looking to renovate a kitchen or bathroom.
Ken & Lin
Ken and his staff did an excellent job on our kitchen from the design of the kitchen to the clean-up at the end of the job. We have been impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.
First, the design is exactly as we envisioned. They took an outdated small kitchen and doubled the working space and made the kitchen more efficient. The kitchen is not only more functional, but it is beautiful.
Second, Larry and Vince did an excellent job of installing the cabinets and appliances. Their attention to detail was impressive. They worked very hard each day and stayed late on occasion to finish a task rather than leave it for another day.
All in all, we are very happy with the job that they all performed, and we will not hesitate to recommend Fine Cabinetry.
